INVESTMENTS HOLDINGS
New Seasons was established as an investment holding company by the late Sefako Ashley Mabogane and his fellow founder members, Peter Vundla, Adv. Kgomotso Moroka, the late Jabu Mabuza and the late Dr Enos Mabuza.

INVESTMENT FUND
New Seasons Investment Fund was launched following a merger in October 2018 between two respected private equity companies – New Seasons Investment Holdings and Nodus Equity.
The Fund is currently in harvest mode, thereby not raising new capital but focusing on maximising cash returns to investors and realizing investments where appropriate.
NEW SEASONS
INVESTMENT FUND II
New Seasons Investment Fund II was recently established (September 2025), and is targeting investments in strong cash flow generating, medium sized, industrial and mining service companies in South Africa. The fund is currently deploying capital.
